Be A Player
1995-96 Be A Player Lethal Lines #LL7
Strangely, Bure didn't appear on the base set of 1995-96 Be A Player. He's just in the Lethal Lines insert, found at one per seven packs. The cards clipped together to make a trio. He was paired with fellow teammates Sergei Fedorov and Alexander Mogilny.

1995-96 Bowman Foil #65
1995-96 Bowman Bowman's Best #BB13
1995-96 Bowman Bowman's Best Refractor #BB13
Bowman is a straight 165 card set. The base has a foil parallel. The Bowman Best was inserted at a rate of one per 12 packs, while the refractor version is one per 36 packs.

1995-96 Collector's Club Crash The Game Gold Bonus #C1
Collector's Choice, what can I say about this set. Well, the base has two parallels: the Player's Club, which is one per pack, and the Player's Platinum at a rate of one per 34 packs.
The Crash the Game series is a pain to assemble. Each player has three cards with different dates. If he scored a goal on either of those dates, it can be redeemed for a special 30 cards set. It also exists a silver (1 per 5), and a gold (1 per 34) versions. They can also be redeemed for a bonus silver or gold.

Donruss
1995-96 Donruss #170
1995-96 Donruss Dominators #6
Donruss is a standard 390 card set. The Dominators insert is found at a rate of one per 35 packs. They are numbered to 5000 copies.
Donruss Elite
1995-96 Donruss Elite #77
1995-96 Donruss Elite Die-Cut #77
1995-96 Donruss Elite Die-Cut Uncut #77
Donruss Elite was, when the product came out, an "elite" set, like its name. Pinnacle just purchased Donruss at that time and the 110 card set was described premium for its 3$ pack. The die-cut version is one of the earliest short print cards you can find, with only 500 copies produced. There is also a die-cut "uncut" version where you can see the pattern, but the card is still in one piece. We don't know the print run for these, but some collectors said that it's below the die-cut parallel.
Emotion
1995-96 Emotion #178
1995-96 Emotion Xcited #16
With Emotion, maybe we have to reformulate the word "high-end", because 5$ for an 8 card pack, it's a bit expensive for what's inside. Besides the base, Bure is in the Xcited insert, which was at one per three packs.
Finest
1995-96 Finest #75
1995-96 Finest #187
1995-96 Finest Refractor #75
1995-96 Finest Refractor 187
Finest is such a fine set. The series is split between three levels of base cards: bronze, silver, and gold. The rare gold was found at a rate of one per 24 packs. Base cards have also a refractor parallel. For Bure, the bronze was found at a rate of 1 per 12 packs, while the gold was inserted at a rate of one per 288 packs! Sources say that there are less than 150 copies of the gold, 450 of the silver, and 1000 of the bronze refractors.
Leaf
1995-96 Leaf #135
1995-96 Leaf Fire On Ice #1
A leaf pack cost only 2$ for 12 cards and came as a 330 card set. The Fire on Ice is numbered to 10 000 copies with a rate of 1 per 48 packs.
Leaf Limited
1995-96 Leaf Limited #17
Leaf also produced a super premium set that year. Each pack of five cards costs 5$. The company produced 25 722 numbered boxes. All base card is numbered to 60 000 copies.
Metal
1995-96 Metal #149
1995-96 Metal Heavy Metal #1
1995-96 Metal International Steel #1
Looooooooooove the design of Metal. Definitely one of the finest sets of that year. For the inserts, the Heavy Metal was found every 30 packs, while the International Steel is ten times more common, with a rate of one per three packs.
O-Pee-Chee
1995-96 O-Pee-Chee #20
1995-96 O-Pee-Chee #300
O-Pee-Chee is a parallel of the Topps set. The only difference between the two is the color: silver for O-Pee-Chee, and gold for Topps.

1995-96 Parkhurst International NHL All-Stars #3
Parkhurst International comes in two series for eleven European countries. It's in this series that the first Wayne Gretzky card in his St. Louis Blues is produced. Emerald version of his two base cards is available at a rate of one per three packs. Two inserts are also available in Parkhurst International. The Crown collection is at a rate of one per 16 packs, while the gold version is one per two per box (96 packs), like the All-Stars.

1995-96 Pinnacle Artist's Proof #1
1995-96 Pinnacle Clear Shots #15
1995-96 Pinnacle Roaring 20's #8
Pinnacle decided to release the Summit brand instead of a series 2 for this set. So it's only a 225 card set. Three variations come with the base; a Rink Collection (one per four packs), a Global Gold (one per six International packs), and an Artist's Proof (one per 48 packs). Two inserts accompanied these four cards. The Clear Shot is a tough pull with its rate of one per 60 packs, while the Roaring 20's is one per 19 hobby packs.

1995-96 Score Lamplighters #2
Score is just a 330 card set with three variations: base, black ice (one per three packs), and black ice Artist's Proof (one per 36 packs). The Border Battle insert is one of the earliest inserts I remember having in my collection. I pulled it from a pack my grandmother gave me one Christmas. The Dream Team is a much tougher pull with its rate of one per 72 packs, while the lamplighters is a rate of one per 36 packs.

1995-96 Select Certified Mirror Gold #16
1995-96 Select Certified Gold Team #5
1995-96 Select Certified Gold Team Promo #5
Select is somehow a high-end product with its price point of 5$ for a pack. The Gold parallel is at a rate of one per fice packs. I read on the Beckett that due to the promo version of the Gold Team, the insert dropped in value, although it was at one per 41 packs.
Skybox Impact
1995-96 Skybox Impact #167
1995-96 Skybox Impact Countdown to Impact #9
1995-96 Skybox Impact Ice Quake #3
Skybox Impact is a 250 cards set. You can buy a 10 cards pack for only 1,29$ back in the days. The Countdown to Impact is a tough pull with its rate of 1 per 60 packs. For comparison, the Ice Quake was three times more common at 1 per 20 packs.

1995-96 SP Étoiles-Stars #E29
1995-96 SP Étoiles-Stars Gold #E29
SP made me a hard time with two inserts: the Holoview Special Effects and the Stars/Étoiles Gold. The first one is a one per 75 packs card, while the other is a one per 61. Gladly my good buddy Benn Mixer gave me the first one, while I found the other one quite later.

1995-96 Stadium Club Extreme Nemesis #N4
1995-96 Stadium Club Extreme Members Only #N4
1995-96 Stadium Club Members Only 50 #41
Well, every card of this year Stadium, like last year, has a Members Only parallel. The Extreme North has a rate of one per 48 packs, and the Nemesis is one per 24 hobby packs. I don't know if this year of Stadium the Members Only parallel is a subset, or are they inserted randomly in packs like last year.
Summit
1995-96 Summit #7
1995-96 Summit Ice #7
1995-96 Summit Artist's Proof #7
1995-96 Summit GM's Choice #7
1995-96 Summit Mad Hatters #7
Summit is a set of 200 high quality cards in my opinion. The base set has two parallels: the Ice (1 per 7 packs), and an Artist's Proof (1 per 36 packs). Back then, a pack cost 2$. Mike McPhee picks the players for the GM's Choice insert (1 per 37 packs), while the Mad Hatters is for players who scored a hat-trick during the 1994-95 season (1 per 23 packs).

1995-96 Topps Profile #PF11
This 365 card set is pretty basic. A 13 cards pack cost 1.29$, and Bure appeared numerous times in the set. Along with the two bases, which the Marquee Man has a Power Booster variation (1 per 36 packs), five inserts are in the Topps series: Canadian Gold (1 per 36), Hidden Gems (1 per 24), Mystery Finest (1 per 36, and one per 216 for the refractor), and Profile (1 per 12).
Topps Superskills
1995-96 Topps Superskills #30
1995-96 Topps Superskills Platinum #30
This set was a project from Topps for the 1996 All-Stars, because they sponsored the competition. At 4$ for an 11 cards pack, you can have a platinum version of the base card. They are not easy to find now.
Ultra
1995-96 Ultra #166
1995-96 Ultra #379
1995-96 Ultra Gold Medaillon #166
These 400 cards set have a retail price of 2,49$ per pack. The 12 cards in it have two inserts: a one per pack Gold Medaillon, which is the parallel version of the base, and a random insert.

1995-96 Upper Deck Special Edition #SE172
1995-96 Upper Deck Special Edition Gold #SE172
This set marks the 5th anniversary of Upper Deck in the hockey world. Bure was designed in his rookie card, besides the base, to commemorate this feature. The Electric Ice is at one per pack, or two per jumbo. Gold Electric Ice, however, is much tougher to get these days. At one per 35 packs, plus the fact that the set is 570 cards, the odds of finding these two are pretty slim.
In terms of inserts, the Freeze Frame (1 per 34) has a jumbo parallel, just like the All-Stars Game (1 per 34 series 2 packs). Predictor Retail (1 per 30) has a prize version if the player finished first or second in the race scoring ability he's been put. Finally, the Special Edition, has a gold version (1 per 35 packs).

Zenith
1995-96 Zenith #9
1995-96 Zenith Z-Team #12
For the first time since our debut, Upper Deck is not the brand that closes the year. Zenith is a short set with 150 cards. Furthermore, the Z-Team is one of the toughest inserts to get from that year, with a print run of less than 400 according to Beckett.
