It think that this year of McDonald's is the first with inserts. The blue parallel of the base is a 1 per 4 pack odd. Dial-a-Stat is a 1 per 16 insert. The jersey is numbered to 500, but it has a staggering 1 per 11 915 packs odd!!!!
