SPx is an interesting set. Every card has a print run. In the 180 card series, Bure appears three times; base (/9500), Global Impact (/6950) and Marquee Performers (/2625) subsets. Those three had a radiance version (/4750, /3475 and /875), plus a spectrum parallel (/300, /225, /25).

Top Prospects may be the smallest set so far with only 90 cards in the series. Base card had a Radiance (/100) and a Spectrum (One-of-One) parallels. Two inserts are in the set; Highlight Heroes (1 per 8 packs), and Lasting Impression (1 per 3 packs).

Topps doesn't have a chrome set like O-Pee-Chee. Mystery Finest is the highlight here, with bronze (1 per 36 packs), silver (1 per 72 packs and gold (1 per 108 packs) version, plus the refractor (1 per 108 for bronze, 1 per 216 for silver and 1 per 324 for gold). Other inserts are Local Legends (1 per 18), and Season's Best (1 per 8).

I have a love/hate relationship with Topps Gold Label. I absolutely love the product but putting nine One-of-Ones makes me crazy. So Gold Label three class, and each class has three versions. Class 1 (player skating) is the base and black variation is 1 per 18 packs. Red, numbered to 100, has an odd of 1 per 73. Class 2 (player shooting in the background) has a 1 in 6 chance to appear, while the black is 1 per 36. Red is numbered to 50 and inserted at a rate of 1 per 146 packs. Finally, Class 3 (player celebrating) has a chance of 1 per 12 packs. Black and Red, numbered to 25 sets (1 per 293 packs), conclude the series.

Once again, UD has one of the most sought cards of the year... on its inexpensive set. Choice has two parallels of the base version; Reserve (1 per 6 packs), and Prime Reserve, numbered to 100 copies. Bobbleheads are a 1 per 4 packs insert, but the main attraction is the Starquest. Base (blue; two per packs), is a one-star card. Two-stars green is 1 per 7 packs and three-stars red is 1 per 23. The infamous four-stars gold is numbered to 100 copies and is very tough to come around these days, depending on the player.

This set of Upper Deck has the biggest number of cards picturing Bure since its beginning, mostly because of the exclusive system brought in this series. The base card has a gold reserve parallel and an exclusive to 100 copies, as well as a One-of-One. Inserts have the same pattern, beginning with the Fantastic Finishers (1 per 12 packs), with its tier 1 exclusive (/1500), Tier 2 (/50), and Tier 3 (One-of-One). Frozen in time (1 per 23 packs) are a bit scarcer (Tier 1 /1000, Tier 2 /50, and Tier 3 is a One-of-One).
Generation Next (1 per 23 packs) put it to another level with each player appeared three times in the set. In total, with the three levels of tiers, this insert set has 12 cards of a player! Quantum tiers are numbered as follow: Tier 1 (/1000, /500, and /250), Tier 2 (/75, /25, /10), and Tier 3 (/3, /2, and One-of One). Lastly, Lord Stanley's heroes (1 per 6 packs) are numbered /2000 for Tier 1, /100 for Tier 2 and Tier 3 is a One-of-One.
