Upper Deck is back with his quantum line, but this time, silver is /100 and gold 1/1. So the inserts are; All-Stars Class (1 per 23), Crunch Time (1 per 4), Fantastic Finishers (1 per 11), Gretzky exclusive (1 per pack), Ice Gallery (1 per 72), Marquee Attraction (1 per 11), NHL Scrapbook (1 per 11), Sixth Sense (1 per 5).

1999-00 Upper Deck Century Legends Essence of the Game #E6
Century Legends was a new product released by Upper Deck to showcases all the past and present NHL Stars. It costs 5$ for a 12-card pack. Base card has a Century Collection parallel numbered to 100. Epic Signatures were hard-signed and inserted at a rate of 1 per 23, with a chance to get a numbered version to 100. Essence of the Game is a 1 per 11 packs insert, where Bure is alongside Habs legend Maurice Richard.

1999-00 Upper Deck Gold Reserve UD Authentics #PB
|
Upper Deck Gold Reserve is a gold version of the base set, with a 10-card pack costs 3$. But the inserts are insanely tough to pull! For example, Bure is on the Game-Used souvenir insert and UD Authentics auto. Both are a 1 per 480 packs insert!

1999-00 Upper Deck HoloGrFX UD Authentics #PB
1999-00 is the only year Upper Deck produced HoloGrFx. Base has a 1 per 17 packs gold version. The set also has an UD Authentics set, like Gold Reserve. The only difference between the two is photo used for the card, which is quite confusing considering the rest is absolutely the same.

1999-00 Upper Deck MVP ProSign #PB
MVP is a 220-card set and back in the days, a 10-card pack cost 1,60$. Numbered inserts are incredibly tough to find because of the quantity of the product. Base card has a silver script (1 per 2 packs), gold script (numbered to 100), and a super script (numbered to 25) parallels. Bure featured in a couple of inserts. The 21s Century NHL has an odd of 1 per 13 packs, while the 90's Snapshot is a 1 per 27 packs insert. I love this one simply because of the timeline. Pavel appeared in three Game-Used Souvenirs, and the chance to find one is 1 per 140 packs. He has a puck, a stick, and a signed stick numbered to only 25. Hands of gold is the most common one at 1 per 9 packs. Another auto, ProSign, is found at every 144 retail packs.

1999-00 Upper Deck MVP Stanley Cup Edition Stanley Cup Talent #SC8
I really don't know why MVP Stanley Cup Edition exists. I think with MVP we have enough... Anyways, MVP SC has the same pattern as its sister, with silver script, gold script (numbered to 100), and super script (numbered to 25). Bure has a game-used souvenir (1 per 130 packs) just like in MVP. Great combinaison (One per 116 packs) is an insert I never saw and has a gold version out of 25. Playoff Heroes (1 per 72), ProSign (1 per 144), Second Season Snipers (1 per 28), and Stanley Cup Talent (1 per 5), completes the list.

|
1999-00 was the only year for Ovation. Bure has two base cards, and one of them is a short print. Both have a Standing ovation parallel numbered to 50 copies. Piece of history (1 per 118 packs) also has a signed version numbered to 25. Lead Performers (1 per 4) and Superstars Theater (1 per 9) are basic inserts.

1999-00 Upper Deck PowerDeck Auxiliary #12

PowerDeck is a set with cd-rom which has footage of the player pictured in it. I though it was a great idea back in the day, but now it's so obsolete. You can have the base card version and a 1/1 parallel of it.

Retro is also a one-shot deal set in 1999-00. At 5$ a pack, we know why (even though the lunchbox is cool)! There are two versions of the base card: a gold numbered to 150 and a one of a kind platinum. Generation is a 1 per 3 packs insert who has a level 2 parallel numbered to 500. Inkredible has the same pattern, but the level 2 is only numbered to 25.

1999-00 Upper Deck Wayne Gretzky Tools of Greatness #TGPB

The cool fact about this set is Gretzky has commented on every player on the series. He said that Bure is "one of the most gifted goal scorers of the modern era". Strangely, the Sign of Greatness (1 per 15 packs) is tough to grab, even with low odds. I think Bure didn't sign much because they are quite hard to get. For the rest, Changing the Game (1 per 27), Essense of the Game (1 per 6), Great Heroes (1 per 27) are the inserts. The Tools of Greatness, which is a piece of stick, is a tough pull at 1 per 139 packs.
